1. Booking & Confirmation

All safari bookings are subject to availability. Confirmation occurs only after full payment and receipt of confirmation from Corbett Booking Online. We reserve the right to cancel bookings if incorrect or fraudulent information is provided.

2. Payment Policy

Payments can be made via online transfer, UPI, or other methods specified during booking. All payments are non-refundable unless stated in our cancellation policy. Prices may change, but confirmed bookings honor the original price.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days prior to the safari date: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior: Non-refundable.
• Safaris may be rescheduled due to weather, park regulations, or safety concerns.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days if applicable.

4. Safari Guidelines

• Maximum capacity: Jeep Safari – 6 persons; Canter Safari – 16 persons.
• Arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled safari time.
• Follow instructions given by safari guides or park officials.
• Corbett Booking Online is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or losses during the safari.
• Carry valid ID, comfortable clothing, and essential items.

5. Health & Safety

Visitors with medical conditions or special requirements must inform us in advance. Safari activities involve natural terrain and wildlife encounters, and participants do so at their own risk.

6. Travel & Accommodation

Any accommodations or transfers are subject to availability and provider terms. Corbett Booking Online is not responsible for third-party delays or cancellations.

7. Use of Website

All content on this website, including text, images, and pricing, is for general guidance. Reproduction or misuse of content without permission is prohibited.

8. Liability

Corbett Booking Online acts as a facilitator for safari services. We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses caused by unforeseen circumstances, natural events, or visitor negligence. Safari zones, timings, and routes may change due to operational reasons.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ramnagar, Uttarakhand.
